Bruschetta is a fresh, simple and delicious appetizer.
Bread, unbleached Canadian wheat flour,water,salt, natural dried rye sourdough (rye flour, bacterial culture), yeast, corn, malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, cellulose powder added as anti-caking agent), pesto (fresh basil, canola oil, romano cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, calcium chloride, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, powered cellulose, natamycin (perservative)), garlic (garlic, canola oil, water, citric acid), butter, diced onions, parmesan cheese (milk products, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, lipase, cellulose may or may not be present, sorbic acid), salt, garlic, basil flakes.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product.
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Remove Bruschetta from tray and over wrapping and place on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts. Since individual ovens vary in temperature, these instructions are guidelines only.
BBQ: Place on top shelf on medium heat for 12-14 mins.
