Breaded Pickle Coins
Made with garden crisp dill pickles.
Ingredients:
Pickle slices (cucumbers, water, vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, flavours, sodium benzoate, turmeric extract), Toasted wheat crumbs, Water, Canola oil, Modified corn starch, Wheat flour, Yellow corn flour, Baking powder, Defatted soy flour, Sugars (dextrose), Milk ingredients, Dried egg white (egg white, yeast, citric acid), Guar gum, Spice and spice extracts.
Cooking Instructions:
Deep fryer:
- Preheat fryer to 175°C (350°F).
- Remove product from packaging.
- Fry frozen portion for 1 ½ - 2 ½ minutes.
- Remove from fryer and let it stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
- Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Remove product from packaging.
- Arrange frozen portions into a single layer on a baking sheet, parchment paper preferred.
- Bake 10 to 14 minutes, turning once throughout cooking time.
- Remove from oven and let it stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
- Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
