An Idaho baked potato skin topped with 2 cheese, bacon and seasoning. Product is IQF, bulk packed and maintained frozen.
Potatoes, Soybean Oil Shortening, Mozzarella Cheese (Partly Skimmed Milk, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Microbial Enzyme), Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Colour, Microbial Enzyme), Bacon (Pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrate, Smoke Flavour).

Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 440 f. Remove potatoes from plastic bag. Place desired number of frozen potatoes on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
Microwave: Remove potatoes from plastic bag. Place on a microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 35 to 55 seconds per piece. Cheese should be just starting to bubble, but not releasing a lot of oil; do not over cook. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes before eating.Contact Us
